A 50% deposit and a security deposit of €223 (HUF 89,000) per apartment are required to confirm and finalize your booking.
Your reservation becomes final once both payments have been received.

Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a Tourism Tax of €0.50 / person / night (for guests over 18 years old) is payable upon arrival.

Wellness (Opening Hours 08:00 – 22:00)

Hot Tub
Our large wood-heated hot tub requires several hours of heating.
Please indicate your request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival, specifying the exact dates of use.
If requested upon arrival, the hot tub will only be available from the following day.
Price: €38 / day

Sauna
Our panoramic 12-person electric sauna includes towels, essential oils, and a cold-water shower.
Please request sauna use at booking or at least 3 days before arrival, specifying the exact dates.
If requested upon arrival, it can only be prepared for the next day.
Price: €38 / heating / use

Please turn off the sauna and lights after use to save energy.
Unnotified prolonged heating incurs an additional fee of €125.

When multiple guest groups are staying at the same time,
the sauna and hot tub are available in 2-hour sessions, based on prior scheduling.
Please arrange times with the host in advance or upon arrival to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.

Breakfast

Upon prior request, we offer a freshly prepared, flavorful breakfast of artisanal snacks (not a continental breakfast).

Pets

We are pet-friendly!
A €38 pet-stay fee applies per stay.

Last-Minute & Early-Bird Offers

• Last-minute: 12% discount on bookings made within 3 days before arrival (min. 4 nights)

• Early-bird: 12% discount on bookings made 90 days or more in advance

Event Terrace & Venue Rental

Our scenic vine-covered summer terrace and event areas are included in the accommodation price
(except for wedding venue rental).
We can accommodate 12 + 3 (extra beds) guests at the same time.
Apartments are self-catering, but breakfast and other catering can be arranged on request.
We welcome you year-round — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — for relaxation, family gatherings, team building, or retreats!
