Dear guest!
Our goal is to ensure that the accommodation/event/wedding can take place in the best possible way, to the satisfaction of everyone, and end with a joyful experience. For this, we respectfully and lovingly ask for your cooperation and careful observance of the following rules!
About the accommodation in general
It is a forest, rural, environmentally friendly accommodation with its own energy and natural environment, with its own unwritten laws that differ from urban possibilities and ideas. Please respect the possibilities of the location so that both you and your guests can fully enjoy your stay.
The garden, with its flowers, lawns and shrubs, gives the property a defining, living image and also serves as a recreational space. We all share the responsibility to maintain it, keep it clean and look after it. Any damage caused to the environment will be charged for. We ask you to take care of both the exterior and the interior spaces in the way we have handed them over to you.
Please take care to protect and keep the garden and green environment clean. Take care to collect dog waste and keep the environment tidy.

Lakeside Apartment
The apartment is designed for 7 people. When you leave, please make sure to add plates, cutlery and other supplies to the appropriate number.
Panorama Apartment
The apartment is designed for 8 persons. Please make sure that plates, cutlery and other utensils are topped up to the correct number of people when you leave.
Please feel free to use and move items around, but we would like everything back as we received it. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding!
More
- Everyone uses the accommodation/event/wedding venues solely at their own risk.
- We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any kind of accident at the event location (falling into water, slipping, falling from a swing or from the children’s play castle, burns while using the fire pit and oven, other injuries).
- In the case of little children, the parent/caretaker is responsible for avoiding the incidents.
- We cannot take responsibility for possible theft damage either.
- Guests can use the sauna, hot tub and the equipment of the event terrace at their own risk.
- There are pets (cats, mallards) on the premises, which can only be partially blocked.
- You can only approach the lake and enter the island at your own risk.
- Compensation for the damage caused is the responsibility of the person causing the damage.
- The guests can only use the accommodation in the number of people agreed in advance. We can provide a travel bed or cot for an infant upon prior notification.
- The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use
- The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the host.
- Violation of the house rules, theft or damage of objects may result in a ban or other measures
- The host is not responsible for valuables left at the accommodation. The protection of valuables and objects belonging to the apartment is the guest’s responsibility.
- You will find a small first aid kit in the apartments and in the area of the event terrace. In case of a bigger accident, call the emergency number 112!
Check in/check out
- Arrival between 15:00 and 18:00. During this interval, we can receive our guests personally.
- Departure by 10:00. During this interval, we can receive our guests personally.
- Please let us know in advance (at least 48 hours prior) of your custom arrival/departure intention by e-mail or phone.
- In case of departure before the agreed time, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve and finalize the accommodation. Your reservation becomes final after the payment of the deposit.
- We would like to inform our dear guests that from July 1, 2021, a tourist tax of HUF 200/night/over 18 years of age must be paid at the accommodation.

Room key
- Guests receive a house key upon registration. In case of loss of the key, a compensation amount will be charged upon departure. The value of a lost key is 3,000 HUF, and the cost of replacing a lock is 8,000 HUF.
Equipment
- Please use the furnishings as intended! Room furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc. it is forbidden to take it out of the house!
- When leaving the apartment, you must return the air conditioner remote control you received. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors and windows. The use of the air conditioning equipment is permitted only when staying in the apartment, behind closed windows and doors
- When leaving the room, please make sure that the air conditioning and electricity are turned off and the water taps are closed.
- If you notice any malfunctions, please report them to the reception immediately, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints.
- Due to their natural style, our apartments do not include any television.
Shared rooms and services
- The toilet and shower next to the event terrace are open to all our guests. We recommend its use in case of a large number of guests.

Fire protection
- Stoves, fireplaces and the hot tub are forbidden to heat by guests! The staff heats and operates the stoves upon prior request.
- Guests can heat the fire pit, oven, sparherd, but it is necessary to consult with the staff beforehand.
- The fireplace and heating must be arranged with the guest house staff no later than 48 hours before arrival.
- In the event of a fire, use the fire extinguisher located in the apartments and in the area of the event terrace, start the rescue immediately and call the fire brigade at 112 and then the host!
Meal
- A breakfast basket can be ordered upon request.
- The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please take care of cleanliness!
Cleaning
- The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, bed linen with covers, weekly bed linen change for stays longer than one week, and final cleaning.
Pet
- We try to ensure the comfort of pets, however, we cannot assume any responsibility for them, this is the owner’s responsibility.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to compensate for damage caused by pets.
- The site is surrounded by a fence, however, this does not guarantee the keeping of pets in the interior area, we cannot take responsibility for possible escapes.
- There may be electricity in the fence, it is forbidden to touch it.
- Pets are only allowed to stay indoors in pet-friendly rooms.
- Pet-friendly rooms: Tóparti apartment – living room, Tóparti apartment – Vintage bedroom
- In non-pet-friendly enclosed spaces, cleaning after animals costs HUF 50,000 per room + the damage caused, which is reimbursed by the owner of the animal.
Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire area of the guest house and its surroundings (11 hectares).
- A designated smoking area is in the immediate vicinity of the fireplace.
- Smoking in a place not designated for smoking will result in HUF 100,000 in damages.
Sauna and hot tub
By using the sauna, hot tub and related infrastructure (cabin, shower, equipment, hereinafter “wellness department”), you accept the following conditions:
- Everyone can use the wellness department only at their own risk!
- We cannot take responsibility for accidents or inconveniences (slipping, catching a cold) that occur while bathing or saunaing.
- The hot tub can only be heated by the staff. Let us know your needs in advance and we will heat up the hot tub for you.
- It is forbidden to bring food and drink into the wellness area
- Smoking is prohibited in the wellness area
- Pets are not allowed in the wellness area
- You may only enter the wellness area with bare feet or clean slippers
- Before using the wellness department, we ask our guests to use it in a clean, well-washed state
- The sauna shower was created instead of a cooling bath. Please use the shower only for showering with cool, clean water, without using sunscreen,
- shower gel, etc., because the water flows into the lake.
- It is forbidden to pull out the plug of the hot tub
- The cushions of the wellness benches can be found in the forecourt of the sauna.
- After use, please:

- turn off the sauna heating
- turn off the whirlpool of the hot tub
- turn off the lights
- put the cushions of the wellness benches back inside the cabin
- close the windows and doors
- cover the hot tub
- before leaving, place the sauna sheets in the laundry basket in the sauna
- The damage caused must be compensated by the tortfeasor
- In case of contamination of the water in the hot tub, we charge a cleaning fee of HUF 50,000.
WiFi
- The guest houses have a Wi-Fi network, the use of which is free of charge.
- The guest receives the Wi-Fi connection password upon check-in, at the same time as receiving the keys.
- We would also like to inform you that the strength of the phone reception and the internet varies depending on the conditions of the location and weather.
Parking
- Our guest house provides free, closed parking for guests.
Important information on the use of outdoor toilets
Heating of the outdoor toilets is not included in the services during winter.
The 10-12 °C setting of the electric panel in the lobby is only used to temper the plumbing pipes against freezing, not to heat the outdoor toilets! DO NOT turn up the temperature above 12 °C!
This will also overload the electrical network, causing a power cut that you cannot eliminate on your own. Please be aware that the electricity service here in the forest is fragile, limited in quantity and cannot be overloaded under any circumstances! It can cause a long power outage! We cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage, service outages or loss of experience. Any damage caused will be charged.
