From the central, full-glass, spacious, bright living room, you can see the lake and the forest through the well-kept park garden. A double-winged terrace door leads to the east and south terraces as an extension of the living room. The modern elegance that satisfies all needs, sophisticated design, simplicity, natural building materials, lots of wood, glass and the introduction of tradition give the building and its interiors a harmonious peace. Bedroom – Vintage
The vintage-style bedroom with a double bed, tiled stove and rocking chair, cozy art deco furniture, for one or two people, allows for real relaxation. This 2-person romantic bedroom opens to the private bathroom with toilet.
The vintage bedroom is pet friendly.
Bedroom – Family
Family bed for 4 people (extra bed available), which is also available as a creative workshop on other occasions. It’s four windows make it wonderfully bright and suitable for creative work. The view opens onto the terrace, across the lake and across the garden to the forest. Birds chirping and the smell of fresh flowers wake up our guests every morning. An art deco wardrobe, 2 single beds and a pull-out double sofa are the permanent furnishings of the room. A cozy ceramic stove with a glass door and electric heating panels allow year-round rental. The whole family can relax comfortably. We provide books and creative toys for children upon request. In case of a larger number of people, not only the bathroom belonging to the vintage bedroom, where two showers and a toilet are available, can be used, but also the so-called summer water block, with a separate shower and two separate toilets. A total of 3 showers and 3 toilets are available. Each water block can be heated.

Check-in and check-out
The check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival, and must be left by 10.00 on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged by prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Cancellation terms
In the case of a reservation for a retreat, a 50% advance payment is required. In case of cancellation at least three weeks before arrival, the amount of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within three weeks, we cannot refund the amount of the deposit.
